Select and customize your dream home. We work with you to make any necessary changes to your plan and agree on the price and terms.

Property Acquisition
- Most often we buy an existing property directly from the homeowner.
- Our speciality is infill construction, meaning we buy in established neighborhoods and build a new home on the home site.

Step 4
Approval & Permits
Draw and submit plans to ACC (Architectural Control Committee) for approval and obtain proper permits to start construction.

Step 5
Construction
Once Financing is in place, permits have been obtained and the ACC has approved your home plans, the lot will be cleared and construction will begin.
- When it comes to the construction itself, we work with licensed and insured general contractors to insure quality work on your project/home building journey.
- All work is performed by our team of sub-contractors and managed by our in-house construction manager. Being the General Contractor gives us total control over the design of the homes we build as well the quality in which they are constructed.
- Build times will depend on square footage of your home.
